A method worth protecting.

The firm assesses personality with its own questionnaire, and that method is their competitive edge. Their process ran on a spreadsheet and manual work; they wanted a full online questionnaire with an automatic results report.

02What was built

Software that takes questionnaire answers and produces the personality profile automatically, with clear reports and data export. A client for ten years: the first version ran in production for a decade without a problem, and the new version went live a few months ago.

Online questionnaire

Clients answer the firm’s own questionnaire online, step by step, in French or English, on a computer or a phone. No spreadsheet involved.

The profile, the moment the answers are in

Each answer is scored against the firm’s own grid, which stays private to them. The personality profile builds as the client answers and is ready the second the questionnaire is sent: no more scoring by hand.
