Generic AI chatbots answer in generalities. A customer asking about a product or a size needs answers from the shop’s own data.
With my team, I built Liliwi end to end: the conversation engine, the link to each store’s data, the actions it can take and the widget shoppers see. Live on Shopify, with WooCommerce and other platforms planned.
My team and I built the chat engine and the widget. Liliwi answers from the store’s own catalogue, takes real actions (add to cart, checkout, contact form) and follows the customer into their language. Here, all three in a row.
Each store’s products, pages and documents sync into a knowledge base that belongs to that store alone. Every question is routed: a fast model for simple ones, a reasoning model for the hard ones, so answers stay quick and costs stay low.
A one-click Shopify app: it connects the store, learns the catalogue, takes on the brand’s look and goes live. No developer needed on the merchant’s side.
