A short onboarding learns about the dog and the owner’s real priorities, the account comes at the right moment, then an LLM writes the first week live from more than 100 lessons. Its output is checked before it is shown, with a fallback that works without AI, and the next weeks adapt to progress.
The coach knows the dog, searches the lessons and answers as it types. When the owner wants a person, one tap brings in a trainer, who replies from a dedicated admin app, in the same conversation, live.
